Title: Training Administrator

Under general supervision, schedules and coordinates the administrative aspects of training and development programs serving employees. Provides a variety of comprehensive administrative support to the department.

- Co-ordinate all administrative matters pertaining to in house and out door training program

- Assist in training programs that is on going and sit in whenever required

- Registers workshop participants and generates related documents.

- Produces or coordinates the production of instructional material required for workshops

- To maintain up-to-date records, calendar and filing system

- Manage, organize and update financial and statistical tools for SMA expenses

- Communicate and provide information by relevant expenses' database internally to assist organizational operations

- Analyze and interpret financial statistics and other data and produce relevant reports

- Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others.

- Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.

- Prepare and type memos/reports and general correspondence

- Typing and photocopying training materials

- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.

- Attend to administrative and secretarial duties as and when required

- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Position requires:

- scheduling, organizing, and facilitation of training and organizational development events and programs

- interaction with internal client individuals and departments on various training;

- coordination of the administrative and facilities aspects of training and development activities;

- coordination of assembly and production of instructional/educational materials.

People requires:

- Open minded and eager to learn new knowledge and skills

- Good communication skills

- Systematic planning and organizing

- Strong in monitoring and reporting

- Computer skills (good at Excel, PPT and word)

- Fluent English in both oral and written

- positive and pleasant personality and can work hard

- Has flexibility and creativity

- Self disciplined
