职位描述
Position：Finance Intern
Location：Bei Jing
Major Responsibilities:
· Examine/review staff reimbursement and vendors payment request
· Input payment order via CITI bank on line
· Prepare all payment voucher
· Bank Reconciliation
· Expense tracking and monitor as well as provide report to operation team function head if needed
· Issue sales invoice to customer and make record by customer by project
· Invoice management and reconciliation with GL Finance by project
· Prepare receiving voucher (exclude accounting receivables part)
· To conduct site inspection for fixed assets and leased equipment & facilities
· In charge of registration of PA
· Documentation and filing of PA, Vendor contract,
· Financial documents filling monthly basis.
· Other work assigned by Finance Leader
Requirement：
· Dedicated Performer;
· Good inter-personal skill;
· Some experience in field of Accounting and Finance;
· Good command in English
· University Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or Auditing
· Familiar with Oracle System
