Software Engineer
Job Description
The software engineer designs, develops and tests tools, which convert semiconductor test programs from competitors' platforms to Teradyne platforms, as well as convert from Teradyne platforms to other Teradyne platforms.
The software engineer designs, develops and test ATE-related software tools.
He/She is responsible for the quality and completeness of assignments, including investigation tasks, initial design, development, bug fixing, quality engineering, documentation, and maintenance.
Requirements
BS in computer science, electronics engineering, or related disciplines. Master degree is desirable.
Must possess a minimum of 1 years experience in software development.
Must possess a strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Sun Solaris Unix and Linux system.
Familiar with python, perl, vb, C , C and other programming language.
Understanding about Compiler Construction Principles will be a plus.
ATE experience will be a plus.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong self-motivation and good communication skills.
