职位描述： Requirement: -Strong initiative and great interest in customer development -Familiar with international trade operation procedure. -Excellent communication and customer service skill. -Proficient in both written and spoken English. -Good command of French -Positive and open minded -Patient and self-motivated -Be able to work under pressure. Main Responsibilities: -Approach new potential customers -Maintain solid relationship with the present customers -Negotiate terms of an agreement and conclude sales under the supervision of Sales Director. -Demonstrate technical interest in the clients respective industrial sectors. -Create and recommend alternative business solutions to clients. -Identify new business opportunities and develop marketing strategies together with the Sales Director. 3.Compensation system brief: -Monthly fixed salary will be determined by candidate's qualification and actual ability. -Quarterly commission will be determined by competitive commission policy and KPI score. Service awarding bonus on a yearly basis awards employee's service time in company and is developped by company's profit and employee's service time. So you can benefit your awards from company's business success. -Holiday and weekend can be shared according to the government policy.
