Report to: Assigned Project Leader
Job Summary: Provide administrative/secretary support to all project team
members, conduct information research assignments and media clipping
report, co-ordinate event and vendor arrangement.

Job Requirements :

1.University Degree;
2.Previous 3 above months PR internship/minimum or 1 years previous media or secretarial/administrative experience;
3.Excellent computer skills, able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint efficiently;
4.Good verbal and written communications skills;
5.Team player; multi-tasking flair;
6.Purchase orders; minimum typing of 60wpm; working knowledge of all office equipment;
7.Proficiency in Mandarin, English, both spoken & written.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Under the guidance of assigned project leader, collaborate with account team for tasks conduction;
2.Research and collect information from newspapers & internet on issues,
clients, news stories, media and competitors, submit recommendations to
account team for PR proposal development;
3.Media monitoring, draft clipping report with summary;
4.Typing correspondence – letters, memos, estimates and reports;
5.Photocopy news clippings, create binders, and insert information into databases;
6.Update project budgets/expenses;
7.Answer phones and take messages; direct calls/or assist callers with specific questions or needs;
8.Co-ordinate project tracking reports;
9.Co-ordinate press conferences, events, meetings, seminars (Client and @PR);
10.Maintain central filing system;
11.Maintain suppliers;
12.Place vendor orders and prepare purchase orders;
13.On site event reception duties;
14.Special projects as assigned;
15.Make travel arrangements;
16.Arrange couriers/taxi bookings. 公司简要介绍：
