本公司隶属于浙江省发改委下属的浙江省工程咨询公司，多年以来在长三角地区为房地产和工程建设项目提供专业的投资与技术咨询。随着中国的迅速崛起并与世界快速接轨，国人的财富在不断增长，眼界在不断拓宽，在房地产上的投资也开始走上了国际化的道路。为了抓住投资全球化的机遇，公司在海归人才的带领下大力拓展海外房地产等领域的投资咨询业务。实习生在我司实习期间，不但可以锻炼实际操作能力，还能学习到大量的投资知识和掌握广泛的海外市场信息。 本公司拟于近期招聘实习生数名，岗位及要求等具体如下： TransAmerica International Hiring High-performing Interns Research and Marketing Interns needed, details as follows: 岗位：海外市场调研员 人数：1-2名 工作内容： 1.国际、国内房地产市场信息的收集整理和初步分析； 2.房地产投资相关的政策法规、宏观经济的跟踪分析； 3.协助完成各项专题调研以及相关项目。 基本要求： 1、大学本科或硕士研究生在读（大三以上）； 2、重点大学的经济、管理类或英语专业，房地产专业优先； 3、精通英语（相当于专业八级水平）。 Job title: Overseas Market Researcher Openings:1-2 Job Description: 1、 Collect and analyze global real estate investment market data; 2 、Follow up relevant regulations, policies, and macroeconomic conditions; 3、 Support and assist the research team to complete reports and projects. Qualifications: 1、Undergraduate junior and senior students or graduate students; 2、Major in Economics, Management, or English; Real Estate major preferred; 3、English proficiency a must (equivalent to TEM8) 岗位：市场推广助理 人数：1-2名 工作内容： 1.收集汇总潜在客户资料、调研意向性合作伙伴情况； 2.电话联络以及上门拜访合作伙伴、客户、媒体、政府机构等； 3.协助完成其它市场推广相关的活动。 基本要求： 1、大学本科或大专商科类专业（大二以上）； 2、市场营销或房地产专业优先，英语流利优先； 3、亲和力强、语言表达能力强、踏实肯干。 Job title : Business Development Assistant Openings:1-2 Job Description: 1、 Collect data and other info of prospective clients and partners; 2 、Make telephone calls and pay visits to partners, clients, medias, and government agencies; 3、 Support and assist the business development team to complete marketing events and projects Qualifications: 1、Undergraduate junior and senior students or business major senior college students; 2、Marketing and Real Estate majors preferred, English fluency preferred; 3、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, pragmatic and industrious. 实习待遇：可以享受多项补贴，详情面谈。 实习地点：步行至虹桥地铁站仅需3分钟，3号线、4号线、10号线直达。 有意者请速将简历发送至TransAmerica_HR@，我们会尽快与您取得联系。 Compensation: coverage of various allowances, details to be discussed during interview.
