The Customer Center of AC IT China is looking to further strengthen and
develop both external and internal communication so as to enhance the
communication support given to our customers, distributors, and employees.
Communications produces various printed matter and other materials,
such as the Newsletter, Catalogues, Leaflets, Face Book , Brochures and
Customer Magazines. To ensure that the standards of group branding manual
are fully understood and implemented..

该职位对公司的客户，内部员工等提供支持性的工作，主要工作范围包括：排版并制作公司的内部期刊、产品目录、样本、使用手册及公司杂志等。
- Assist marketing department to organize seminars, product launches, campaigns
and PR activities in associated with agencies, photographers and printers.

- 协助市场部门组织会议、产品发布、销售活动以及同代理商的公关活动， 摄影拍照以及影印；
- Handle the translation process of Marketing Materials;

you are the link between the translators with the translation Company,
the people responsible for the local language checking, and the layout agency.

- 负责市场部资料的翻译整个流程，作为同外界翻译公司及翻译的主要联系人，负责检查中文翻译及排版；
- Handle the photos and Layout, having contact with photographers and
with all relevant people in order to safeguard the quality of the photos
and ensure all the layout follow as the group branding Manual.

-处理照片及版面，同摄影师联系以保证照片质量，确保所有的排版遵循公司品牌形象。

- Safeguard Internal Website, writing articles, updating the contacts, etc.

- 保证公司内部网站的安全使用，撰写文章，更新联系人等。

- Assist in proofreading all productions in English and Chinese.
