应收帐款客服代表：

工作地点:深圳福田保税区

Duties:

- Perform payment collection call and call history record for Credit & Cash Accounts

- Perform bill checking with customer

- Payment Confirmation for cash application

- Internal customer communication

- Preparation of bad debt write off paperwork

- Be comply with Treatment matrix with demand letter & pre-suspension, resumption review

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree holder in accountancy or relevant discipline

- At least 2 years related working experience, preferably in Express or Transportation industry

- Good business mind

- Hard-working and good communication skills and telephone manner

- Working independency and attention to detail

- Good command of English in both writing and reading

工作基本情况：五天八小时制，公司不包食宿，员工有基本工资 津贴 绩效奖金，按照政府规定缴纳社保 住房公积金，另有商业保险、带薪年假等，具体可以面试时咨询

1。正规大学本科（财务/工商管理等相关专业）应届毕业生可以申请，公司提供培训

2。有国际知名公司帐款催收经验的应试者可以考虑作为账款催收主管
