Posting position-1: Intern-IBM GD-Operation
Team: P.M.T & QI Operation
Location: SH (Wai Gao Qiao Free-Trade-Zone; Shuttle bus provided)
Seat: 1

P.M.T task description:
1. Send reminder email to PMs which project will be closed in current month
2. Establish GSA workspace for project team (Setup ACL)
3. Send email and push PMs take action on central CM repository such as raise exception or Rational tools application
4. Collect feedback from PMs on central CM repository

QI task description:
1. maintain QI notesdb/GSA workspace/QI wiki site/WEB QI server
2. meeting schedule & minutes.
3. Technical Work Oriented

Requirements:
1. Female non-graduate students, Master Degree majoring in computer science;
2. Good MS office skill
3. Good English. Japanese is advantage
4. Good communication skill
5. Java/WEB or Mainframe skill is advantage

1. DE monthly and event driven reports
2. DE scorecard maintain

Job Description:
1 Lean Training Operation
2 Lean reports
3 Lean Team Room Management
4 Get familiar with Lean related tools and train Lean team
5 Work on Lean data collection and analysis
6 Manage actions and follow up with completion

1. Non-graduate students, bachelor or master majoring in computer science;
2. Good MS office skill
3. Good English
4. Good communication skill and management knowledge
5. Quick learner
6. Interested in process improvement
7. Solid performer
