职 位　描 述： ROLE: Quality Assurance Engineer REPORTING: Sr. Quality Engineer KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES: (results this role is expected to accomplish)  Develop and maintain a quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001  Maintain quality statistic, and assist General Manager to locate major system problems through analysis, and implement corrective action.  Coordination in the new supplier introduction process, plan, organize and direct quality assurance audits at new suppliers.  Evaluate existing suppliers to analyze the effectiveness of quality assurance systems in place at suppliers  Establish and maintain a measuring tool calibration program. PERSON SPECIFICATION – Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications / Personal Attributes  Strong statistical and analytical abilities.  Team player with good interpersonal skills and effective communication.  Bachelor’s degree  Good command of English, both verbally and in writing.  Working knowledge of computers and proficient with PC software.  Able to travel frequently
