Position: Project Manager 项目经理

Job Responsibilities:

Including not limited to

Coordinating shipping, preparing and sending documents, preparing payments for shipping

Handling BOLs (Bill of Loading), packing lists, commercial invoices, LCs (Letter of Credit)

Organizing reports of factories visited, gathering marketing materials, taking photos, doing background checks, collecting information (customer references, financial info, factory capacity, customer list, machine list etc)

Visiting factories used by SVG to oversee projects for foreign customers

Email communication with foreign customers and Chinese suppliers

Coordinating domestic shipping and product consolidation

Managing expense reports, consolidating accounting information

Maintaining central information source for SVG projects for customers as required (photos of production, schedules, inventories)

Follow up customers’ orders and requests via emails and phones

工作职责：

包括但不限于

? 协调航运，编写和发送文件，准备运输费

? 处理账单（始发草案），装箱单，商业发票，信用证明

? 组织参观工厂的报告，收集营销资料，拍照，做背景调查，收集资料（客户推荐，金融信息，工厂的产品等）

? 参观SVG客户的国内供应商工厂，以监督项目

? 使用电子邮件与国外客户和中国供应商沟通

? 协调国内运输和产品整合

? 管理费用报表，合并财务信息

? 管理SVG的信息（生产，日程安排，库存的照片客户的项目主要的信息来源）

? 通过电子邮件和电话，跟踪客户的订单后续工作

Requirements:

College or undergraduate or above

Strong interests in international trades and project management

Related experienced preferred but not required, training will be provided

Strong Responsibility, quick-learner, diligent, can endure hardship, stable

Strong Attention to details

Superior customer service and communication skills

Enjoy challenges and solving problems

Good written and oral English preferred but not required

Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and E-mail

大专或本科以上学历

对国际贸易和项目管理有强烈的兴趣

有相关经验者优先，将提供培训

良好的责任感，快速学习的能力，勤奋，能吃苦，稳定
