Responsibilities:

Design and drafting of building engineering works (electrical / mechanical).

Preparation of study reports, technical notes and public consultation papers.

Preparation of tender documents (conditions of contract, specifications, method of measurements & bills of quantities) and tender reports.

Project management and contract administration for building engineering contracts.

Requirements:

Master degree in Electrical and HVAC engineering.

Good curriculum and extra-curriculum track record.

Internship experience in related fields preferred.

Good leadership skills; ability to work well in a team.

Strong interest in working on large-scale transportation projects.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

l 联系客户，整理并分析项目数据

l 使用分析软件，完成建筑能耗模拟及建筑物理模拟工作

l 完成相关成果报告

l 参与可持续建筑设计

l 调研，收集，整理市场技术信息与新闻

l 配合海外团队，收集整理并翻译提供相关资料

Requirements:

l 英文水平良好，能完成英文报告

l 专业Major：暖通空调或建筑物理

l 对绿色建筑和可持续发展有很大的兴趣和热情

l 具有很强的学习能力和扎实的专业基础知识，能迅速掌握相关模拟软件的使用。最好有过使用建筑能耗模拟软件，及建筑物理分析软件的相关经验，如eQuest，IES，Ecotect
