Position: HR Intern
Duration: full-time (5 days/week) 3-6 months
Responsibilities:
Coordinate staffing process (e.g. recruitment ad , select high potential candidates, interview arrangement, confirm new associate's body check result, etc)
Coordinate employee relationship related projects and prepare monthly reports
Manage employee personal information change
Provide administrative support to other associates when needed
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or third-year above in university;
Preferred with HR or administration related education background;
Skillful at computer and Microsoft office, especially at Excel and Word;
Good command of English both in oral and written.
