BSH Home Appliances (China) Co., Ltd. serves as the operating headquarters of Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group in China. The company was founded on August 25, 1997 in Nanjing Jiangsu Province to strengthen the communication between the Group and its China companies and to consolidate its sales and marketing resources in China.
博西家用电器(中国)有限公司是博世和西门子家用电器集团在华的运营总部。为加强集团与其在华投资企业之间的沟通,整合在华的营销资源,博西家用电器(中国)有限公司于1997年8月25日在南京正式成立。
The company is located in downtown of Nanjing with almost 2500 employees. It has established a nationwide sales network, covering 30 provinces and more than 600 cities. The company is responsible for Siemens and Bosch brand management and development, sales and after sales service of the two brands. BSH takes the leading position in applying advanced management & controlling system – SAP – to support sales, logistics, and finance etc. A comprehensive data management platform has been built and run very well.

The product range marketed encompasses large and small home appliances, and also includes products imported from Germany in order to satisfy the elite demand. The market share of Siemens – leading brand of BSH - has been growing rapidly within over 10 years since its build-up. According to the authoritative statistics from CMM, till the end of 2008, Siemens refrigerator took 14.8% market share in China, ranking the No. 1 foreign brand; front loading washing machine took 30.2% market share of front loading washing machine, chairing the first position in the industry of China. Total sales turnover (without VAT) of 2008 reaches almost RMB 6.78 billion, total tax paid RMB 249 million.
公司产品线门类齐全,目前在中国市场推出的产品有冰箱、洗衣机、洗衣干衣机、电热水器、油烟机、灶具和其他小家电,同时也经营进口家电产品业务,以补充高端市场的需要。在公司成立的短短十余年内,公司主导品牌——西门子家电在中国市场的份额持续快速增长,根据权威的中怡康统计,到2008年底,西门子冰箱在中国市场的销售额市场占有率为14.8%,位居外资品牌第一;滚筒洗衣机的销售额市场占有率为30.2%,高举榜首,稳居整体市场第一的位置。2008年累计销售收入近67.8亿元人民币,上缴税收达2.49亿元人民币。
