Responsibilities

- Explore, identify potential customers and acquire affluent new-to-bank customers.

- Conduct telemarketing calls and outreach sales activities such as road shows to help grow customer base.

- Provide quality phone banking services and handle customer enquiries.

- Achieve monthly business and customer acquisition goals.

- Cooperate with branch staff and marketing department to maximize business opportunities.

Requirements

- Degree holder with 1-2 years sales experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.

- In-depth knowledge of retail banking products & local banking regulations are preferred.

- Effectively bilingual in both Mandarin & English with proficiency in local dialect.

- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

- Outgoing & aggressive with the ability to work under pressure.

职责

- 寻找,确定潜在客户，并获得足够的银行新客户

- 进行电话营销和其他销售活动，如路演，以增加客户群

- 提供优质的电话服务并处理客户咨询

- 完成每月业绩及客户量指标

- 配合分行同事和市场部门以达到业务机会最大化

要求

- 大专及以上学历，1-2年销售经验（应届毕业生亦可）

- 熟悉个人银行理财业务及当地银行法规者优先考虑

- 良好中、英文运用能力

- 具卓越服务精神及人际沟通技巧

- 积极进取，并适应压力下工作
