Requirements:
- knowledge of handling import & export documents with formal training
- knowledge of inventory control
- good command of written and spoken English
- knowledge of using PC, must be good at Words, Excel
- detail-minded, customer-oriented and self-motivated
- need to work on Saturadys when required
- immediate availability is preferred
Job Responsibilities
- handle air / oce
an shipments with full sets of documents
- correspond, coordinate and contact with HK / overseas office and customers to facilitate handling of shipments
- responsible for monitoring accuracy of inventory at warehouse
- make inspections at warehouse
- handle enquiries made by email, phone or fax
