职位描述
Responsibility:
Responsible for cash reimbursement and payment process, check the integrity and validity of the invoice, make sure the expenditure claims are in compliance with the company policy.

Take care of 3-way match double check, ensure the relevant accouting information are maintained correctly in SAP. Through the check, find out the deviations from the company standard operating procedures.

Provide adequate support to the task of Asset Management.

Independently in charge of local statutory statistical report.

Key followers to the enquiris of payment progress and miscellaneous issues addressed by customers (incl. peers, suppliers, superiors, etc.).

Requirement:
Have basic knowledge of accounting, be aware of the base of local and international accounting standard.

Be good at communications, written English and PC skills of Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)

Have basic understanding of ERP system and other relevant Finance softwares.

Good motivation of learning and self-improvement.

Be cautious and patient with details.

Education: College and above大专及以上
