在符合总体策略的前提下，做出满意的互动作品。
表现形式：网站layout，demo；网络广告形式[Banner/RichMedia/病毒视频等]的创意；互动演示创意/分镜等。

职位要求：
1. 基本素质：理解力，创造力，执行力，凝聚力。
2. 认为创新是必然的，并持以积极的态度。
3. 要求具备一定的专业知识，了解网站制作技术。
4. 善于沟通、表达，能够积极地配合策划，完成从概念到创意表现之间的具体工作。
5. 熟练使用Photoshop、Flash、Illustrator等流行设计软件。 当然，会得越多越好。
6. 可以接受加班。
