Job Description: - IT Asset Management Assistant Intern

· The role will provide IT asset routine support to internal clients in Asia Pacific and Europe site.

· The primary activity is working with global team maintain the data and help the team work more efficiently.

· Daily IT administration activities

o IT accessories order and invoice processing

o Create new vendor from Asia Pacific and Europe site.

o Create the purchase requisition from SAP for Asia and Europe and send to buyer for processing

o Maintain and create the data from Asset Center

o Capital application and CIO creation

o IT fixed asset creation and maintain

o Process the IT assets dispose.

Qualification:

· IT skill Requirements:

o MS Office 2007 and 2003 ( word, excel, power point)

o MS Operation system - XP.

o SAP

· Language Skills:

o Fluent Mandarin/English, both written & oral.

· Customer Focus:

o Ability to provide quality client service and build strong client relationships.

· Teamwork:

o Must have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a global team environment.
