As of February 2010, we are looking for committed students from China to fill this position for our office in Shanghai Anting.

Your tasks

- Internship recruitment
- HR support of current interns and employees (regarding visa process, reimbursements, etc.)
- Support of International HR AP team in daily work
- Meeting preparation and follow-up
- Research on specific topics
- Special projects

Your Profile

- Chinese native speaker (students from the Shanghai area desirable)

- Study of Business Administration or Economics with main subjects related to HR or staff management
- Previous internships
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken); German is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility and enthusiasm
- Self-motivation and ability to take initiative

Duration: 6 months
