一． 技术人才成长计划

Technology Employee Growth Program

加入我公司的实习生可在质量部、组装部、注塑部及工程部 各有四~六个月的实习机会,在各部门实习期间将进行系统化的职业训练,使其快速掌握精益生产流程。

The interns in our company have 4~6 months’ time working in the department of Quality, Finishing, Molding and Engineering. Interns receive systematic career training in the four departments and master lean manufacturing processes in a rapid way.

实习阶段结束后,公司将根据实习生个人意愿及经验安排合适的岗位，并正式聘用为工程师或生产管理人员。

After the intern period, the intern shall be working in the appropriate position based on personal preference and work history. Hired as a formal engineer or production management personnel.

Summit Polymers Inc. is a Kalamazoo, Michigan based, Multi-plant, automotive supplier of injection molded interior trim, which specializes in the engineering, manufacture and assembly of feature based A/C registers, consoles and trim panels. SPI has design and sales Team, build up excellent symbiosis with many famous carmaker and automobile components supplier for example ford, GM etc. The Nanjing Plant is established on June 2006, located in Jiangning Economic & development Zone, SPN puts in production on February 2007, The existing staff are more than 200 people(not include foreign manager).
