1.协助经理维持公司正常有序的工作秩序；

2.对各类档案文件进行索引、更新、维护和管理；

3.协助主管安排、计划公司各种工作会议，并做好必要的记录；

4.负责公司其他日常行政事务。

5.良好的英语水平

6.每周至少工作3天
