Responsibilitie:

Provide legal advice on the general coporate issues

Prepare legal documents for judicial precedures(investigation, litigation, arbitration etc)

Represent the company in judicial or administrative precedures

Draft attorney letter

Handle business license related issues

Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Legal Counsel

Requirements:

Education: LL.B or LL.M (LLM preferred)

Good command of English language both in oral and written

Good Communiction skill

Advanced knowledge of application of Ms-office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Mature, strong sense of responsibility, and very much self-disciplined

Judicial exam passed
