Define the market: monitor macro economy, track the market trend, and conduct SWOT, PEST and five forces analysis on the industry and business level; define the market through proper segmentation and targeting, and assess the market size and potential; understand existing markets and develop new markets across all the products & businesses, with the ultimate goal of uncovering opportunities for creating product enhancements as well as new products.  2. Monitor the competition: map out the competitor landscape, understand the market forces, and collect the market intelligence, then establish a competitor and market intelligence database.Qualifications1. Diploma or above, majoring in Science, Engineering or Economy etc.;  2. At least 1 years experience in market analysis in industrial markets including:  a) market research – primary & secondary; first hand experience at establishing value for new products through direct interviews of potential customers   b) competitive intelligence – gathering & synthesizing information to influence internal positioning and strategy  3. Written and oral communications skills in both English and Chinese are required.  4. Proven ability to work on multiple priorities with multiple business at the same time – ability to manage several priorities  5. Proficient with basic computer programs – PowerPoint, Word, Lotus Notes, Excel, etc…  6. Experience with basic financial business models is a plus      Key Responsibilities:  1.
