职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Efficient and qualitative management of export booking related data stream
-Efficient and effective communication with and support to other departments
-Maintain customer oriented attitude - Booking timely and accurately input in system within booking turn time.
- Booking process as per prefer routing for product selection, otherwise approval must granted from trade desk.
-Daily clear up all the pending tasks as per pending tray list.
-Perform fully responsibility when back up for other team mates.
-Accept overtime work when the tasks can't be finished within the normal working time.
- Initiate and support cross-department process improvements.
-Fully understand and adhere to company policies and staff handbook.
-Perform other job related duties as per require

Requirements:
-Fluent spoken and written English.
-Team player skills
-Good learning skills
-Well-organized also when working under pressure
