Job Description:
Develop, Integrate and customize the protocol stack for Infineon Mobile Platform, including GSM/GPRS/EDGE/3G and future standards.
Support Infineon global customer projects, regarding new feature requirement and bug fixing
Requirements:
General knowledge of embedded systems
Familiar with basic SW and HW architecture of mobile phone system
Familiar with GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/HSxPA specification
Hands-on experience with GSM/GPRS/EDGE protocol stack development and test (L1 L3)
RTOS experience. (Nucleus or OSE preferred)
Familiar with real-time debugging tools such as Lauterbach trace32
Familiar with test and development equipment such as CMU200, Agilent 8960, Logical Analyzer, Oscilloscope
BSc. MSc or Phd in telecommunication, computer science or other relevant area.
Good teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to both domestic and overseas travel.
Fluent English is a must.
3. RF Engineer
Job Description:
Support Infineon customer projects regarding HW re-design, conformance test and production test
Component qualification and verification
Requirements:
General knowledge of Mobile Phone System
Hands-on experience with Mobile Phone RF design (schematic, layout, verification, debugging )
Good Hardware rework skill
Familiar with test and development equipment such as CMU200, Agilent 8960, Signal Generator, Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer
Familiar with Hardware development tool such as Mentor Graphic
Familiar with GSM/GPRS/EDGE/3G specification
BSc. Or MSc in electric engineering, micro-electronic or other relevant area.
Good teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to both domestic and overseas travel.
Fluent English is a must
Software development knowledge with C/C is an Add-on
4. MMI Engineer
Job Description:
Design and develop Reference MMI software and middleware for low-end GSM/GPRS mobile phone. The Reference MMI software provides full-functional graphic man-machine-interface features including phonebook, voice call, GUI, Supplementary Service, short message and other applications which run on Infineon GSM/GPPS/EDGE mobile phone platform and service as reference package for Infineon customers.
Cooperate and co-work together with Infineon global customers for GSM/GPRS/EDGE/3G mobile phone MMI software development and customization, based on customer production specification and requirement.
Requirements:
General knowledge of embedded systems
Familiar with basic SW and HW architecture of mobile phone system
Solid programming and debugging knowledge with C/ language in embedded software development environment;
Good experience and understanding on software design, development, release and maintenance processes ;
Good understanding on GSM mobile phone software architecture and concepts, with solid knowledge base on MMI related GSM Specifications;
Familiar with real-time debugging tools such as Lauterbach trace32
BSc. MSc or Phd in telecommunication, computer science or other relevant area.
Good teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to both domestic and overseas travel.
Fluent English is a must.
