【招聘要求】
Owner Lead: Recommended level: Minimal SDE3
Responsibilities
1. On-time, quality deliver of all PQAP artifacts and lab automated TS of owning
2. Coach/Mentor owners of owners on communication and technical skills
3. Work with functional leaders for cluster resource allocation
4. Ensure owners report TSD status and risks timely
5. Guide, review and sign off owner protocol test Suits architect/design
6. Define/enforce TSD best practices across teams with other owner leads – design/model/code/TDI review, RS review, reviewer checklist
7. Help owners for smooth communication with reviewers and PG.
8. Sign off infrastructure team SDK design spec of owning domains
9. Provide feature requests and feedbacks to tools and infrastructure teams
Skills Set
1. 4 years industry experiences
2. Strong design/coding /debugging skills in C# and C
3. Deep Communication Protocols Knowledge
4. Great English communication skills (written and oral)

Responsibilities

2. Proactively communicate status and risks timely to release team and owner lead
3. Proactively communicate with Reviewers and PG
4. Provide functional member performance feedbacks to functional leads
5. Review and sign-off PQAP artifacts created by functional members before summit to reviewers
6. Review and sign-off TDI before submitted by functional members
7. Work with owner lead for protocol test Suits architect
8. Performance code reviews of test suite code
9. Refine internal check list from certified reviewers

Infrastructure Test (Recommended level: SDET1/SDET2/SDET3):
Responsibilities
10. Review Stack SDK dev design spec (High Level Design Spec and Public Interface).
11. Work with owners to setup test scenarios.
12. Setup test environment.
13. Implement samples using Stack SDK.
14. Support owner doing acceptance test.
15. File and track bugs in PS.
16. Investigate reasons of any test case fail.
