ABCDEF, the leading database marketing agency in United States, serves over 150 world class clients across a widearray of industries spanning: Financial Services, Mortgage Lending, Multi〤hannel Retail, Insurance, Retail

Banking, Credit Card, Nonprofit Fundraising, Consumer Package Goods, Pharmaceutical, Travel and Leisure. To support our fast growing client list, we are expanding our analytic services into China and are looking for talented individuals with strong quantitative background, fun personality and a great attitude to join us. We are a great team

The analytical team is responsible for leading all analytic engagements within ABCDEF. Our role is to design

innovative analytic solutions to solve complex business problems. Through analytically derived insights, we often

provide our clients with visibility into their business while systematically leading them towards improved business

performance.

As part of the team, you will be engaged in a variety of analytic projects ranging from development of statistical

models, setting up design of experiments, measuring and monitoring campaign performance, analyzing program

results and making tactical and strategic recommendations. You will get the opportunity to experience analyzing

different aspects of the customer lifecycle starting from prospect targeting and all the way to customer retention

and across a wider variety of industries. To be successful in this role, you will need strong problem solving skills,

ability to work independently in a fast﹑aced entrepreneurial work environment, be comfortable dealing with

ambiguity and change. Ability to handle multiple projects and collaborating with your co﹚orkers is essential.

Qualifications

MS/PhD degree from a top university in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Economics,

Finance, Operations Research, Engineering and etc.)

Strong problem﹕olving skills

Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities

Excellent written English ability

Proficient in Oral English

Experience in SAS Programming is required

Experience in Statistical Modeling is required

Experience in Marketing and Business are preferred, but not required

Experience in SQL Programming are preferred, but not required

Excellent work ethic and great team player

Open for both entry level and sr. level positions
