Job Description:

RFMD Shanghai Design Center Cellular Product Group is hiring Professional Engineering Trainee (Interns) in our Design Engineering team.

Main tasks during the one year internship program will be designing analog / RF / mixed-signal IC's under the guidance of our Design Engineers. Trainees will be embedded in our Design Engineering team and can obtain hands-on experience on IC design and product developments. The Trainee's Master / Ph.D. thesis will be based on his/her work during the training program with RFMD.

Duration:

One full year

Education Requirements:

Master or Ph.D. Degree students in Electrical Engineering looking for one full year internship placement with semiconductor industry is eligible for this position.

Skills Requirements:

- Energetic, innovative, creative, open-minded and enjoy tackling complex engineering problems.

- Major in Electrical Engineering.

- Proficient in verbal and written communications in both Chinese & English

- Circuit theory (Analog or Radio Frequency related)

- Motivated, independent and self-driven work attitude.

- Digital and Analog telecommunication background is a plus.
