1 Front-End Engineer前端工程师

The Position We are looking for world-class front-end engineers with the creativity and talent to dream up and implement new ways of visualizing large datasets and complex workflows. You will work with brilliant people who speak widely different languages (academic, technical, natural and otherwise) than you. You will contribute to both research and production projects, develop both technical and business expertise and launch code weekly.

Candidate Requirements You are a combination software engineer and artist with a track-record for developing web applications with simple and intuitive UI design. You a master of HTML/XHTML, CSS and JavaScript. Preferably you are experienced, if not expert in, Ruby on Rails, Flash, Photoshop, usability testing, i18n/l10n and accessibility. You should have a Computer Science or technical BS/MS and 2+ years of engineering experience - and you'll still need to pass the programming interviews.

You will work with brilliant people who speak widely different languages (academic, technical, natural and otherwise) than you. You will lead research and development projects, drive entire product areas and develop far-ranging technical and business expertise.

Candidate Requirements You think of yourself as a Senior Engineer, Uber Tech Lead or World-Class Programmer and have the track-record to prove it. You are relentless, you love to learn and you are not afraid of complexity. You can lead our most difficult projects, teach us what we don't know, and quickly absorb complex technical and business concepts. If you have a Computer Science BS/MS/PhD from a top university or 5+ years of engineering experience in a world-class organization, excellent - in addition to leading a team of sharp engineers, this is a hands on position and you'll still need to pass the programming interviews.

6 Quantitative Analyst数量分析员

The Position: As a Quantitative Analyst you will develop statistical models to help us set strategy, automate marketing, and refine consumer products. You will continually run live experiments and perform acute analysis in areas such as business dynamics and user behavior. You will mine huge sets of data, identify patterns, and use them to help develop machine learning systems. You will work closely with the Engineering team to integrate your quantitative models into our software.

Candidate Requirements: You have a BS/MS in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field. You are adept at extracting relevant data trends and understanding what the patterns are saying. You offer Seravia analytical rigor, a refined statistical methodology, and the ability to autonomously design and execute experiments. You are familiar - if not an expert - with R, S-Plus, SAS, orother statistical software packages. You are excited to be part of a team atthe vanguard of applying artificial intelligence and machine learning research to a mass consumer product.
