招聘实习生：
1) 每周需保证不少于4个工作日的实习时间，
2）实习期限：2009年12月至2010年5月

Intern Position: Production Dept. - Purchasing Assistant
Reporting: Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:
- To pick up phone calls from Supplier and transfer to Purchasing Specialist/Manager accordingly.

- Transfer confirmed purchase order to supplier.
- Input purchase Data into ERP system, raw material information collecting and sorting.
- To cooperate with Production Dept. to insure good raw material supply for production.

- Other purchase related work assigned by superior.

Requirements:

- University students (4th year) or postgraduate. Background preferred: chemistry

- Available at least 3 full days per week, 5 days preferred.

- Fluency in English both written and oral.
- Solid computer skills in MS Windows, MS Office, and internet platform, etc.
- Experience in a cross-cultural environment.

- Good analytical skills and ability to perform detail work, talent for planning and co-ordination.
- Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
