工作职责：
1.数据中心基础设施的维护和安装（网络设备、连接线、服务器等）
2.配合电信运营商开通新物理线路，并进行物理线路的排障
3.提供对思科的硬件，广域网/局域网和网络应用现场安装，维护，升级和迁移服务
4.新单业务开通和网络性能测试
5.提供项目工程支持

岗位要求：
1.良好的互联网，广域网和局域网知识
2.充分理解TCP/IP协议。
3.熟悉MPLS VPN核心网络工作原理
4.熟练掌握配置Cisco路由器，掌握ACL、Route Map、Policy Map、ISIS、OSPF、EIGRP、BGP的工作原理。
5.良好的的英语说写能力，普通话流利；良好的客户服务素质，沟通和人际关系技巧。
6.有现场支持安装支持工作经验者优先
7.有在大型跨国公司工作经验者优先。

Responsibilities
1.Perform on-going maintenance and installations of datacenter infrastructure (network equipments/connectivity lines, servers etc.)
2.Cooperate with telecoms carriers and connectivity providers for new connections and troubleshooting
3.Provide on-site installation, maintenance, upgrade and relocation services on Cisco hardware, WAN/LAN and network applications
4.Opening orders and test network performance
5.Provide Engineering support to projects

Requirements
1.Good knowledge in Internet, WAN and LAN
2.Good understanding in TCP/IP
3.Good understanding MPLS VPN backbone network
4.Experience on configure Cisco routers, good understanding ACL、Route Map、Policy Map、ISIS、OSPF、EIGRP、BGP
5.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
6.Experience in coordination works in the construction site
7.Experience with working in large multinational companies
