Who we are

Since its establishment in 1981, KTB Securities has been Korea s leading investment group in the private equity and asset management markets. We have invested in about 1,000 companies including in startups, corporate restructuring, and buyouts. With the successful experience in PE and Asset Management market, we also have started Securities business from 2008 including Investment Banking, Brokerage and so on.

KTB China team started the investments in China from 2004. Our portfolio includes Focus Media (NASDAQ: FMCN), Spreadtrum (NASDAQ: SPRD), Mindray Medical (NYSE:MR), China Paradise (Yongle, acquired by GOME), Gushan Environmental, and etc.

We are looking for a full-time ANALYST, assisting senior colleagues work, working in Beijing office. Detailed job description and requirements please find below.

Job Description

l Market research and relevant information collection;

l Tracking industry statistics, collecting and mining industry data;

l Analyzing companies and competitors, as well as assisting in due diligence;

l Translation (Chinese Korean language)

l Other works assigned by company including administration works.

Job Requirements

l Bachelor Degree or higher, major in Finance, Economics, Business or other related majors preferred;

l Excellent in translation for Chinese Korean language including oral language

l Industry working experiences in Finance, Banking or Securities are preferred;

l Business trip required when necessary;

l Male required;

l Quick learner with strong analysis and translation skills;

l Overseas studying experiences in Korea will be a valuable asset.
