For the last ten years, we aimed to provide efficient, accurate and qualified building and construction project information to the leading multinational and local companies in China's construction industry.

The Market Research department of Tianchen BCI provides market intelligence based strategic advice to corporate clients in China's construction industry. Our goal is to deliver competitive advantage to clients and our research scope include market profiling and snapshot, market entry, competitive intelligence, competitor tracking, distribution and channel analysis, partner evaluation and selection and etc.
In Tianchen BCI, you will,
 Learn and practice various market research and consulting projects and gain wide exposure into China's construction industry and sub industries
 Be coached by experienced industry experts and professionals
 Develop and refine your skills in thinking, analyzing, problem solving and innovation

Position Openings
1. Internship Opportunity
Department: Market Research Dept.
Project interns will be responsible for
 Conducting field or telephone interviews with industry experts and value chain players to gain valuable market intelligence
 Conducting primary and secondary research to collect relevant information
 Conducting basic analysis on market, industry and company
 Participating in lots of group discussions
Specific Qualifications
 Strong communication skills in terms of conducting field or telephone interviews
 Proficiency in both Chinese and English
 Highly time dedication from October 22 to November 30, 2009 (at least 3 days a week) is a must
 Hard working and dedicated
 Prior summer or part-time experience in market research or consulting firms is preferred
 No restriction on academic background, while majored in chemistry, economics and management is preferred

2. Full-time Analyst Opportunity
Department: Market Research Dept.
Description
 To conduct in-depth interviews at executive level
 To conduct in-depth market, industry and company analysis
 To manage interns
 To write research reports
 To assist in preparing client presentations
 To assist in giving strategic recommendations to clients
Specific Qualifications
 Fulltime or part time working experience in market research or consulting firms is preferred
 Fluency in both Chinese and English
 Comfortable at numbers and details
 Commitment to the company and to the clients
 Highly motivated, independent, energetic, creative, and confident
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Knowledge in building material, economics and management is preferred
