Job Description:
Support Quality Manager Scissors in daily work:
-Interpretation and translation work in Chinese, English, German
-Make presentations for meeting and other department introduction for important visitors
-Arrange business travel and reservations
Coordination works with Technical Department in SG
Assist the visa process and hotel reservation for visitors from Headquarter and Chinese colleague4s to Headquarter Intern-coordination works with other Dept.
Technical related projects preparation and following up
Other work assigned by leader

Qualification and Requirements:
Bachelor degree in German
Fluent in German (PGG-8) and English (CET-6)
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc. )
Related experiences preferred
Have strong sense of responsibility with team work oriented thinking
