Job Title: Nespresso Coffee Specialist Intern (Retail Sales Staff)

工作地点：北京市朝阳区建国路87号新光天地五层 奈斯派索专卖店

工作职责Job Description:

与团队一起完成销售与客户服务工作Achieve our sales and service level targets directly and with the team

确保每一位现有或潜在的客户得到及时、有效和高质量的服务。Ensure that each and every customer (existing and potential) is served in the best possible manner and to conclude every transaction with our consumers efficiently and effectively.

通过面对面或电话等方式，积极主动地接触客户，了解他们的需求并处理客户投诉问题Proactively manage and deal with customer interactions/complaints both over the telephone, and face to face.

通过销售和服务的各个方面，实现奈斯派索"最好的咖啡"的品牌影响力并让每一位客户感受到关怀。Demonstrate, prepare and serve the "best in cup" quality coffee to our customer and make each of them feel important

要求 Requirements:

学历：专科以上在读学生 Education - Minimum vocational school student

能保证每周三天以上的工作时间 Able to work at least 3 days a week

对高端产品零售销售有浓厚兴趣 Interested in retail sales of premium products

销售导向、积极主动的发掘和满足客户需求并承担相应的责任 Sales-driven, proactive and responsive to anticipate and fulfill customer needs

良好的英文口语能力Good oral English

良好的服务态度Customer & Service Oriented

出色的沟通和人际交往能力Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

团队精神Strong Team player

令人愉悦的个性，作为高端咖啡精品店的形象出现 Pleasant personality, as an ambassador of Nespresso (premium positioning)

倒班工作 This job will require working in shifts
