[B]Responsibilities[/B]
To assist the Store Supervisor for the below task

[B]SWPS international Order[/B]
- Place order/Good receive/Monthly Report in SWPS
- Contact GOLD Hub to track all the international orders

[B]Receiving[/B]
- To do physical verification of goods receipt against delivery document. This include quality & quantity check.
- To submit abnormal report on goods received. It covers quality incident & quantity variation status.
- To submit delivery confirmation document for payment process.

[B]Storage[/B]
- To ensure inventory movement is transacted via SMS, SWPS & Lawson system.
- To ensure inventory are stored and warehouse condition are maintain as per pre-define requirement.
- To do a self routine inventory audit as per define by management or as and when required.
- To manage FMT for non fixed assets items / consumables

[B]Issuance[/B]
- Issue item to operation group based on request made
- To re-pack item request & ensure packing standard are accepted by Logistics Provider for shipment.
- To prepare packing list and other shipment document for out going shipment.

[B]General Requirement[/B]
- To ensure work safely under Schlumberger QHSE guideline
- Attend to internal & external feedback

[B]Explosive Store control[/B]
- Explosive stock control and Explosive movement report (inventory update, delivery order, Material return Material reception)
- Make Physical check quarterly and keep the accuracy
- Compose Explosive monthly report to finance team and local if required

[B]Competencies[/B]
- Experienced with store management systems
- Business understanding of operations
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and develop/implement plans for improvement.
- Excel and Word.

[B]Education[/B]
Degree (BA/BS) - Supply Chain Management, Finance or engineering

[B]Language[/B]
English fluency (both written & orally)
