主要职责：
1. 根据特定项目需求，制作数据录入模板，
2. 在得到一手数据后，对数据进行异常值、逻辑关系等的判断、及数据的修正
3. 根据项目要求进行数据库整理与制作；
4. 为公司长期固定项目客户提供各种形式数据报告及更新服务；
5. 能够利用相关工具创新开发自动化、智能化数据报告模板，提高数据分析效率及质量。

6. 持续、经常地与客户联系，及时回应客户的询问，做出迅速有效的反馈。并能前瞻性的发现并满足客户的需求。

要求：
1. 本科学历，统计学、数学、信息与计算科学、经济学及相关专业，
2. 具有较强的数据分析能力，熟悉统计学的相关知识，能熟练运用Excel和SPSS等软件对数据进行处理，能够熟练使用EXCEL VBA的优先考虑；
3. 能撰写中英文的数据分析报告；

4. 有较强的沟通协调能力，

5. 学习能力，责任心强、工作态度认真、踏实严谨、积极主动；
6. 英语四级以上，有较好的听说读写能力。

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Pragmatic approach to analysing and interpreting data from a variety of sources, and to present detailed, varied analysis.

Client Support: Answer client inquiry and explain data ;Set up client training for promotion data; Develop new report formatting for clients

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree major in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science

2.Must be highly numerate and enjoy quantitative analysis.

3.Ability to manage multiple tasks balanced with high attention to detail.

4.Good organizational skills and hard working.

5.Higher level skills in Excel and the ability to present findings are essential. The following Excel skills are required: Advanced filters, Pivot table, Lookup functions, Macros, Excel statistical package (E.g. Anova, t-Test, Correlation, Etc.), Keyboard shortcuts.

6.A good working knowledge of Microsoft Access is required (E.g. Matching queries, Make Table queries, Etc.).

7.Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint is also necessary.
