Reporting to: Technical Service Manager

Responsibilities: 工作职责:

* Service customer and prospects needs through trials for potential new business and new technology introduction, startups, trouble-shooting and on-going account maintenance.

为客户或潜在客户服务，介绍新技术，解决现场问题，维护好客户关系

* Recommend new products, equipment or processing, which will maximize output and quality while minimizing costs, rejects, and safety problems.

介绍新产品，设备或流程，以最大化产出和品质同时最小化成本，不合格品以及其他安全问题。

* Implement sales strategies to exceed growth targets in the various General Industrial Markets.

执行销售战略以在各个工业漆市场超额完成销售增长。

* Provide tools and training for internal and external customers.

为内外部客户提供帮助和培训。

* Work well with internal manufacturing, laboratory, sales, and customer service peers to build value and add opportunities within the business.

与内部生产，实验室，销售，客户服务紧密沟通，提升内部团队价值

* Provide information to the customer in the form of seminars or schools.

通过讨论会等向客户提供信息

Qualifications: 任职资格:

* Education Level: B.S. degree with major in Chemical or concerned.

教育水平：化学相关专业本科以上学历；

* With good communication ability;

具备较好的沟通能力；

* Will need to be well organized with strong attention to details.

具有良好的组织能力同时注重细节。

* With good English verbal and written communication skills;

具备一定的英语书面和口语沟通能力

* A strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and a strong desire to succeed.

具有良好职业道德品质，独立工作能力，拥有强烈希望成功的愿望

* Able to work well under the pressure of deadlines;

能够在期限紧迫压力下努力工作。

* Be willing to travel.
