Responsibilities,
1. Accounting
a. Document and report preparation and checking
b. Accounting assistant of booking, inquery and reporting
2. Business
a. Communication with Authorities.
b. Bank related document handling
3. Support for the team
a. Journal Voucher documentation
b. Receiving and documentation for contract, expense claim report, payment request, etc.
c. Teamwork within financial department and other department of the company
d. Other ad hoc task assigned

Requirement,
1. Junior Student in the University
2. Previous experience in audit / finance / accounting
3. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, French is a plus
4. Good command of MS office software: Excel, word, outlook
5. Business experience with SAFE and bank preferred
6. Can work 4 days per week
