职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Work together with low defect optical packaging engineering team on process development of glass dry/wet etching R&D project including investigation, planning, used for low defect wafer level package production line
- Planning and sourcing of equipment and consumables related to chemistry, etching, cleaning and outer sourcing analysis.
- Design chemical relative experiment and analysis ways, and introduce them into applications according to the business requirement.
- Carry out outer sourcing chemical analysis, maintain and extend the outer source for any inspection and chemical analysis.
- Take the responsibility of titration tools in type X production line and work as backup of cleaning process of low defect optical packaging production line.
Work together with component engineer and take responsibility of backup metrology engineer

Qualificationos:
Chemical analysis, chemistry engineering; candidates with the metrology instrument background is preferred; good spoken and written English skills will be preferred; Team work orientation 公司简要介绍：
