Title: Account Executive / Manager / Director (e-Marketing Planner)

Working in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Optimization (SEO) business. Google, Yahoo and Baidu are our business partners. This position is a trainee program that will help you to learn about the fastest growing e-marketing industry. If you are interested to become a professional in Search Engine Marketing (Google, Baidu and Yahoo), this is a golden opportunity.

Job Description

(You will learn and be trained to do the followings in the coming 1-3 months.)

a) Manage of the predefined set of workflow for client servicing and SEM-or-SEO projects. Therefore, from keyword suggestions, estimation, client approval, ... , campaign optimization and performance review.

b) For Account Director, he/she will manage a team of e-Marketing Planners and Account Managers. Define KPI for their work performance.

c) Ensure the communication between the Adspert and clients' team well.

d) Assured the quality of the client reports about the SEM/SEO and suggest improvements ideas.

e) Managing client expectation and satisfactions are the ultimate goal for this position.

Requirement
1) Willing to learn a new professional expertise.
2) Fast learner with analytical skills
3) English TEM 6-8 is a must and good command in reading/writing English

4) Experience in MS-Excel.
5) Can work under pressure and over time

6) Speak in English/Cantonese will be a plus.
7) Work 5.5 days/week.

8) Provide, employee stock options, bonuses and other promotions opportunities.

9) After-Probation Salary RMB 3,500 - 30,000/month, depending on work performance. High performance candidate will be promoted to be the Account Manager / Director

10) Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills are important.
