Job functions : 工作范围

- To assist the Export Operation Coordinator with the overall export operations.

- To take charge of export documentation activities , assist for export planning activities, the day to day management of tracking and resolving export issues and the timely update of key information to company.

- To assist Purchasing Manager to source price, follow P/O and access suppliers etc.

Knowledge Skill and Abilities 专业技术及能力:

- Good knowledge in export procedures.

- Strong sense of procurement principles.

- Strong computer skills; should be proficient in Word and Excel.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and team player.

- A strong customer service attitude.

- Hardworking, self-motivated, detail-minded, analytical, problem solving, and able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.

- Strong sense of job moral.

- Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English.

Requisite Education and Experience 学经历要求:

- Bachelor Degree major in international trade, language or business administration or commerce,

- 1 year or above relevant work experience. (应届毕业生优先)
