Position: Chief Representative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Translation and interpretation: Translation of documents from/to Chinese, Spanish and English; assist with the language during meetings and visits.
- Assist the Chief Representative: Organize the agenda; help preparing reports; organize documentation; assist with general daily issues.
- Daily office work: Take care of the daily office work; attend the telephone; administrative tasks with banks and other external services; purchase & maintain office material, etc.

Profile:
- Associate Degree or above, major in Spanish or any other related.
- Perfect written and spoken Spanish is a must.
- Perfect written and spoken English is a must.
- Working experience in foreign company is a plus (Fresh graduates with similar intern-ship experience is prefered).
- Ready to travel.
- Adaptation to change, teamwork, committed to the company.

SPRI，巴斯克政府经济发展机构，自2002年起开始进驻中国。2003年初SPRI中国代表处在上海正式设立。该代表处不仅有来自巴斯克的专业人士，还有熟悉工业领域及对外贸易的中国员工。
SPRI中国代表处的目标是帮助巴斯克企业（其中绝大多数为工业企业）更好地了解如何投资中国。该代表处的大部分工作是为巴斯克贸易或生产企业寻找合适的地区合作伙伴。同时，为有兴趣在中国设厂的巴斯克企业提供详细的咨询服务。
该代表处的使命不仅在于在中国市场寻找商机，而且要使巴斯克企业看到中国市场所提供的机遇。从这个意义上来说，该代表处也组织各种商业贸易方面的研讨会。
SPRI中国代表处与中国国有或私有企业达成协议，双方交流信息为来华投资的巴斯克企业寻找有利的合作伙伴，同时宣传中国各地区所提供的企业合作机会。
因此，SPRI中国代表处的首要任务是与巴斯克和中国企业一起圆满完成各公司项目。代表处聘请巴斯克与中国的专业人士也正是为了能更好地完成这一目标。
