Location: Jin Qiao-Pudong District

The AR associate is responsible for daily AR related transactions for the customers within Shared Service Center.
Key responsibilities for this role:

* The accurate and correct accounting handling of AR transactions and reporting (cash
application, billing, closing, aging report, etc), mainly focus on Japan customers.

* To ensure the standard operation procedures and workflows being followed

* To perform on time month end closing of AR module

* To recommend the process improvement for AR

* To support other OTC operations and projects

Required Skills and Education:

* College diploma is required with a degree in Finance or Accounting.

* Related working experience with multi-national company is preferred;

* Japanese language capability is required;

* Good problem solving capability and communication skill

* Good command of computer skill, especially Excel and certain knowledge with accounting system. PeopleSoft system user is a plus.
