PRC CATEGORY ASSISTANT FOR DCP STATIONEY

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIITIES

Assist Category Managers for the followings:-
o Investigate and analyze business initiatives in specific sub-categories of stationery business from the Industry, Research and Market data and reports, relative to our franchise strategies and consumer segments
o Assist Managers in preparing business proposals, pitching materials and /or presentation decks
o Assist Managers in managing stationery category business, communicate and interact with the Licensees through regular emails, phone conversations and meetings.
o Arrange appointments and follow up daily routines with the Licensees for Managers, take minutes and/or notes at meetings and maintain follow-up works after meetings.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Posses integrity, self-motivated and able to learn new concepts quickly
Strong project management, presentation and organizational skills
Strong written and oral skills in both of Mandarin and English

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Relevant degree in Marketing and Commerce
Solid understanding of branding, marketing, retailing and preferably with Stationery product knowledge
Good command of English
Familiarity with computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Target candidate: College 3 students
Can work at least 3 days a week
