1、接待客户以及其到访客人；
2、接听总机电话并转接，维护公司通讯；
3、提供一般办公用品管理、日常考勤管理及其他日常行政服务（会议室管理，快递收发等等）；
4、维护前台接待区的环境。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、专业：外事、文秘、英语、行政（能力经验符合者，其他专业亦可）；
3、具备一定的外事接待礼仪知识和经验；
4、优秀的沟通能力和亲和力；
5、外貌气质佳、口齿清晰；
6、优秀的英语口语。
