上海俊骥商务咨询有限公司是一家专业咨询服务提供商。 我们代客户诚聘以下职位：Company: Leading European/American FMCG companyJob title: StatisticianReport to: Senior ManagerLocation: Glbobal R&D centre, ShanghaiResponsibility:Provide lead statistics support to consumer research and clinical team including design of experiments and data analysisDevelop and implement data analysis tools and capabilities required within consumer research and clinical teams in partnership with other global teams and external partnersWork with internal consumer research/clinical experts to design and develop consumer and clinical studies for company productPlan data collection methods for specific studies, and determine the types and sizes of sample groups to be usedAnalyze, interpret and present statistical data from consumer and clinical studies, identify relationships and trends in data, as well as any factors that could affect the results of consumer and clinical studiesUse advanced data modeling techniques where relevant to analyze data across studies to identify relevant insights/trends. Communicate and report relevant study informationRequirements: Master or PhD. Preferably have 2-3 years experience in data analysis/modeling. Fresh graduates with some project experience could also be considered. Advanced statistics with proficiency in statistical tools such as SAS, JMPWorking knowledge of data visualization and data modelling toolsProficiency in experimental study designWorking knowledge of statistical treatment of human/consumer data and related techniquesStrong oral and written communication skills in EnglishMajor in basic sciences ( mathematics, statistics, data modelling) Some experience in bio-statistics, clinical/experimental design is preferredAssistant Research ScientistKey Duties/Responsibilities:?Be involved deeply in research projects not only by providing analytical support but also contributing idea/suggestion on nano material development process throught his/her surface science and analytical chemistry knowledge/experience?Review of literature as required and development of new techniques to improve URC’s surface/material characterization capabilities?Training of selected users from R&D groups on FTIR, Imaging and related surface characterization techniques?Consultation and inspection of work in progress to ensure established standards of quality are met?Make work assignments and review work of lower level employees?Establish work relationships with external partners?Performance of other duties as assignedJob Requirements/Qualifications:?PhD in Analytical Chemistry or Surface Chemistry?Familiar with surface characterization techniques including SEM, TEM, XPS, FTIR, etc.?Work experience is not necessary
