Responsibility:

- General help and support to all department members, as required.

- Schedule interview meeting for HR and Department

- Make the telephone interview with candidates

- Involve in the first round face-to-face interview

- Set up talent pool

- Manange recruitment system

- Monthly recruitment report

2) C&B:

- Leave statistic

- Complete payment

3) Expatriates' issues

- Be a coordinator for expatriates' issues

4) Administration:

- Receive vistors or guests

- Organize meeting

- Assist in daily administration

Requirments:

- Bachelor degree and major in law

- University student of the third grade

- Good written and oral English

- Good communication skill

- Hard working

- Self-motivated and self-organized

Responsibility:

Phone Calls :

-Operate switchboard, answer incoming telephone calls with standard phrase and in a professional manner,take messages and transfer it to the proper person timely.

Guest Entertainment:

-Greet visitors with courtesy

-Serve visitors with tea/water/coffee per requirement Inform related staff/department about the visiting.

-Guide the visitors to conference room in a polite manner.

General Service

Assist in staff's air&train ticket/hotel/taxi booking

Check the stock status of the public consumptions such as water/coffee bean/tissues and make the order if necessary

Ordering business card for staff

Postage Local & Internationa:

-Receive and sort incoming business mails,inform related receivers by mail in time,maintain the mail-receipt record form.

-Send outgoing mails and parcel by proper way such as local courier/FedEx/EMS/TNT/normal mail,etc.

-Assist the staff in tracking the status of the outgoing mails if required

Other tasks:

-Maintain receptionist area in a professional appearance.

-Act on other administration supporting issue as required

Requirements:

- College degree or above

-Good command of English and Mandarin

-Good telephone manner and communication skill

-PC skills, including Excel, Powerpoint an
