Assistant Intern to General Manager (Female only)
Location: Shenzhen

YJA Investments is a new investment company led by an experienced and successful fund manager and former head of equity research who has worked with international asset management companies and local JV fund management companies. We are seeking graduates with strong organizational and communication skills, a passion for stock investment, well developed analytical capabilities, and a high degree of integrity.

In this role, you will perform two functions. Firstly you will assist the General Manager in all activities related to the business, including interaction with clients, interaction with regulators, and general administration. Secondly, you will perform the duties of an analyst, conducting fundamental bottom-up analysis of A-share stocks. The investment approach involves LT strategic analysis of companies and industries. We do not do technical analysis, or employ trading strategies.

As the business grows, you will have some flexibility to specialize in either the first or second function, subject to the needs of the business and your own performance. You will have significant opportunities for skills development, and high performers will participate in the upside of the business as it develops.

Student who is pursuing the master degree, majoring in accounting, finance, economics or other related major, Junior,postgraduate grade one or two is preferred. But the first prerequisite is a demonstrated interest in investing.
